Step 1:

Choose and Purchase Your Home Site

Choosing the site for your for your home is a carefully thought out process. You have to consider location, elevations, lot size, school districts, orientation, views and so much more. We are here to guide you through that process and ensure your criteria is met in all aspects. Once the lot is identified we will guide you through the purchase process every step of the way. Surveys, soil samples, well testing where required, public sewer / water or septic, electricity or gas or both, we will be there to make the process simple. Making the dream one step closer to reality.

Step 2: Design

Time to get creative. In this phase you will meet with architects, and the design team to put your dream home on paper. We will help you keep your vision within your budget, incorporate your unique style and the necesseties for your home.

Step 3: Contract

Once the design and plans are finalized, we will present the full budget and contract. During this phase, you can revisit the floor plan and make any necessary changes to adjust certain expenses. Once you have agreed on costs, the contract will be signed

Step 4: Financing and Construction

Once the contract is signed, securing the financing is the next step. We will work with your lender or help you find a lender if you prefer. In the meantime, our company will initiate the process of obtaining building plans approval and securing all necessary trades to commence construction ASAP. Once the plans have been approved, construction will start, and your new, dream home will be built in a 12-18 month period.

Step 6: Occupancy

While you will be involved in all stages of the build process, seeing it from the group up, occupancy is the most special time. The builder will complete a final walk through to ensure everything is move in ready. As well as educate the homeowner with any unique features or systems, and educate you, the homeowner, on the home warranty.

Congratulations! Once the Certificate of Occupancy is received from the builder, you can begin to move in and enjoy.
